Family Bakes And Makes 20th – 30th May

Does anyone know what’s happening to the weather this week? Last week I bought my daughter’s summer clothes as it finally seemed to be warm and sunny, then ever since it’s been rain, wind and even hail! Still it hasn’t stopped you all baking lots of great recipes to share.

Eileen from ET Speaks From Home has been practicing her photography with this beautiful Blueberry Chocolate Roulade. It looks as if it has rolled without any cracks and I love the simplicity of the layout.

Winnie from Something Sweet has linked you these absolutely beautiful little Cheese cakes wrapped in swiss roll which she made to celebrate her blog’s 4th birthday. I’m always blown away by the beautiful things she makes and these are no exception.

Winnie also made these lovely Apples stuffed with a cheesecake mix and topped  with nuts. It’s a great idea and something just a bit different to do with your left over apples.

Finally from Kerene at The Dream Baker we have these Hotdog buns with the hot dog sausages baked inside. They were inspired by her mother who used to buy the family rolls every morning from the local bakery.

Because of the bank holiday this week’s linky will run until the following Saturday – please feel free to add your bake and makes.
